WORKFIT START

A 50-minute interactive wellbeing workshop where you and your staff create a personal work/life balance and self-care action plan. You will identify what you currently do and what you would like to be doing and make one sustainable change. You will learn what is happening to your body when you are sitting and how you with easy movement you can counter these issues with WORKFIT ‘2-Minute Moves’.

 
WORKFIT FLOW

We teach your selected staff easy movement and breathing techniques to boost circulation, strengthen their core, upper back, and legs. They also learn how to stretch out tightened muscles caused from continual sitting or standing. We support these selected staff who are WORKFIT Movement Ambassadors to get their teams taking regular 2-minute movement breaks throughout the day in a fun, relaxed way that enables mental and physical recovery.

 
WORKFIT PRO

A Fitness Move coach leads your staff through easy movement and breathing techniques to boost circulation, strengthen their core, upper back and legs. We show you how to stretch out tightened muscles caused from continual sitting or standing. Your Fitness Move coach supports your team/s to encourage each other to do regular 2-minute movement breaks throughout the day in a fun, relaxed way that enables mental and physical recovery.
